The primary objectives of this resolution are to prevent mishandling by clearly identifying custody at each phase, enhance passenger satisfaction by reducing baggage errors, and minimize the risk of baggage fraud through complete chain closure. Additionally, the resolution aims to facilitate faster reconciliation processes, ensure flight readiness, and generate reliable evidence for interline billing procedures.

The Baggage Handling System (BHS) application we offer is designed to support these compliance efforts by providing key functionalities such as:

2. RX Scan: Post-X-ray security process, the system logs the baggage’s placement into carts or containers before loading onto aircraft.
3. Off Aircraft: Upon arrival, when the baggage is transferred from aircraft to handlers or conveyor belts, the system documents this custody change.
4. On Aircraft: During loading, the system notes custody from handler to aircraft.
5. In Terminal: When a passenger receives their baggage at the destination, the system registers the final custody transfer from handler to passenger or delivery point.
